Horrible, called for a simple estimate ended up with a angry shop attendant that wouldn't do a job for less than 600$, rude on the phone and laughed at the fact that I was just calling to get an estimate
I'm sorry Josh had a bad experience but I have been so pleased with the service I've received from Buck and his mechanics that I'd give them more stars if I could. First, Buck doesn't need this review or to market his business. He's been around for years, has an excellent reputation, and is always very busy. He takes time to explain what the car needs and why in a relaxed, friendly, and unhurried manner. He knows I am here on vacation but has always treated me like I lived around the corner. I literally could not be happier with the service I've gotten at European Imports Service. To top things off, Buck's crew is among the friendliest I have ever experienced. I wish I lived closer so I could bring my E-46 BMWs here for regular servicing.
